After being delayed for months and months, Amazon’s Prime Day dates have officially been announced!
Prime Day, which is the biggest sale for Amazon every year, will begin on October 13 and run through October 14.
While many of us are familiar with Amazon and what they have to offer, Prime Day is a whole other bag of worms and the deals are insane.
Read on to learn a little bit more about Prime Day and what you should expect from the sale this year!
If you’re asking yourself “What is Prime Day?” you are not alone. For starters, Prime Day is a two-day sale exclusively for Prime members.
Prime members spend $119 a year in order to receive free two-day shipping, access to exclusive movies and television shows, and, of course, Prime Day.
During this two-day sale, Prime members will get access to incredible savings on thousands of products, including technology, home goods, games, clothing, and so much more.
Amazon has yet to announce exactly what will be featured during Prime Day 2020, but it is safe to assume they’ll look similar to what was on sale last year.
Prime members should expect items such as Kindles, Fire tablets, Apple products, and TVs to go on sale, as well as home security systems, vacuums, and kitchen products.
And, if you can’t wait the two weeks until these deals begin, there are a few Prime Day deals available right now!
Members can save $50 on Audible’s annual plan, 50% off a six-month Kindle Unlimited membership, $15 off their first Amazon Fresh order of $50, and purchase two Echo Dot devices for $39.98.
Because there will be thousands of items on sale come October 13, it’s important to cover all your bases so you don’t miss out on anything!
First things first, make sure to bookmark Amazon’s deal page so you can easily check it throughout the day.
If you have an Alexa, you can ask the device to let you know what the deals are first thing in the morning.
You can also set alerts in the Amazon app to let you know when something has gone on sale so you don’t have to keep checking the site constantly.
Needless to say, there are a lot of easy ways to stay up-to-date on what’s going to be on sale.
And, if you aren’t currently an Amazon Prime member, make sure to sign up in the next couple of weeks so you can take part in Prime Day!
