Old Navy is following in line with the other major retailers this holiday season to make shopping an easier experience for consumers.
The retailer announced on Thursday, November 5 that they’re planning to extend their Black Friday deals as well as Cyber Monday deals.
Because of COVID-19, retailers are trying their best to accommodate shoppers who don’t feel comfortable shopping in person.
And, because of the extended dates, this prevents Old Navy from having to deal with overwhelming crowd sizes.

Old Navy is planning to be open on Wednesday, November 25 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. They will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but customers will be able to shop online.
On Black Friday, Friday, November 27, Old Navy is planning to open at 12 a.m. They will stay open until 11 p.m.
Prior to Black Friday, Old Navy will be offering pre-Black Friday deals for customers. These deals will be available both in-stores and online, while supplies last.

As well as extending their sales, Old Navy will also be offering curbside pickup and in-store pickup services for consumers.
“With Contactless Curbside Pickup and Buy Online, Pickup In-Store, customers can snag their online holiday shopping orders same-day,” the company said in a press release.
“These convenient shopping services enable customers to purchase items on OldNavy.com and pick them up from their local Old Navy store in two hours or less.”
The company continued, “With Contactless Curbside Pickup, customers remain in their vehicle while their order is placed in their trunks, while those who utilize Buy Online, Pickup In-Store can quickly retrieve prepared orders at a designated station inside the store.”
The store is also following CDC guidelines to ensure that every person is wearing a mask and that sanitation stations will be available for customers.
